These are what our authors or DiGiAdvisor are committing to you when you buy or purchase an item or product.
a. Prices and fees for supplies made to you (whether by DiGiAdvisor or other authors) in connection with these terms, exclude Canadian, are tax-free unless stated. In Canada, they are supplied with a locational tax included(in cancada). If a supply is made to you under or in connection with these terms on which you are in Canada territory, whether you are Canadian or foreigner, tax is imposed, and any applicable fee that is charged for that supply is increased by tax, and you must also pay an amount equal to Canada tax on that supply.
b. Other taxes, Prices, fees, and charges are included with 15% tax on our site if you are in Canada territory or Canadian. You are responsible for paying all such taxes and imposts associated with your use of DiGiAdvisor site wherever levied (in Canada territory or Canadian, or even out of Canada). Your responsibility includes withholding tax if it applies unless we already process that withholding tax. We may collect geographical location information to determine your location, which may be used for tax purposes (so location information you give us must be accurate for tax residency purposes) and the responsibility of your location that you choose is up to you for your tax payment.
DiGiAdvisor Credits Expiration: DiGiAdviser refuses to keep your credits more than 6 month which starts from the date of any purchase. If you are not able to use the credits within these 6 months, your purchase will expire and blocked from further use. Under this agreement, DiGiAdviser takes no responsibility in giving you notice or warning you beforehand, hence trade carefully. Nonetheless, your credits will stay intact and there is no time limitation imposed on this matter.
So, unused credits will not be blocked BUT if you do not use a purchased item within 6 months from the date of purchase, you will have no power or legal authority over it and that item will be banned from any further use or download.
Items with an incorrect price or incorrect information: The pricing system of our items due to our team’s precise performance and a close eye on the current market grants you some of the best deals and some of the most reasonable offers. However, items may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. In case of this matter, we may deliberately and one-sided cancel your order or if the purchase is completed, reverse the process and strip you from any control over the purchased item. Any payment made by you will be immediately transferred back to you in credits.
Given the nature of digital content, a refund or credit on a purchase is not granted unless one of the warranties given by the authors or DiGiAdvisor has been breached, or a refund is required under the DiGiAdvisor Refund Rules or Canadian consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. If you would like to request a refund, see this Refund article.
We will assess refund or credit requests (if you have a DiGiAdvisor account) on their merits, considering the digital nature of DiGiAdvisor items and the type of item preview that was available before the purchase. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
a. you have changed your mind about an item;
b. you bought an item by mistake;
c. you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
d. you ask for goodwill;
e. you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you buy them to avoid this situation).
If the author or we decide to issue a refund or credit (if you have a DiGiAdvisor account), this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. So if the item was purchased using DiGiAdvisor Credits, you will be given credit in your wallet; if the item was purchased using a particular payment method, you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse and credits in your wallet on the site again. Any payment made to you (not DiGiAdvisor Credits) will be made in US Dollars, under the rules of the payment method (see section Currency conversion costs about currency conversion back to your local currency below).
Currency conversion costs: You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion relating to a transaction on the website. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees).
This means that you may incur additional costs when purchasing from DiGiAdvisor, over which we have no control.
It is important that you understand how refunds work on DiGiAdvisor.
all the refunds will credit to your wallet for your next purchase.
Disputes lodged with payment agents: If, as a buyer via your DiGiAdvisor account, you lodge a dispute with a payment agent, this will result in a freezing of your DiGiAdvisor account (wallet) until the dispute raised with the payment agent has been canceled. This makes it very complex to resolve any related issues and means we cannot make payments or issue refunds out of your DiGiAdvisor account, so we encourage buyers to contact us directly (urgent email………………………………………..) first to see if we can help resolve any concerns.
final word: We are not a bank or licensed deposit taker in Canada or elsewhere, your credits are not deposits under Canadian law about banks, and that means you don’t get the benefit of any deposit insurance or guarantee under those laws. We don’t act as a fiduciary or as a trustee for you, and we’re not a licensed financial service provider.
Here are the situations in which we expect DiGiAdvisor to give a refund on an item and related services you have purchased. Please read it carefully:
· Item is not “as described” on the website
· Item doesn’t work the way it should
· Why a refund may not be given
Item is “not as described”
An item is “not as described” if it is substantially different from its description or preview. So, in relation to the features and functionality of items, the author is accountable and obliged to describe that item “as it is” and nothing more. If an item is found as “not as described”, under these terms and conditions you will have the right to request for a refund for the purchased item.
Item doesn’t work the way it should
If an item doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed, you are entitled to a refund of the item. This includes situations where the item has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you’d known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then the author is required to do so promptly by updating the item; otherwise, you are entitled to a refund of that item.
Why a refund may not be given
If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
· you don’t want it after you’ve purchase or you’ve downloaded it;
· the item did not meet your expectations as you except ;
· you simply changed your mind in any cases;
· you bought an item by mistake or by unknown information;
· you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item or setup it well on any hosts;
· you ask for goodwill to give the money back
· you can no longer access the item because it has been removed for time table (we advise and recommend to you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation,).
